My name is Cecilia. I was born in Uruguay, a land of colors and landscapes. I come from an Italian family, where cooking is part of my roots. For them, each creation is an art.
And for me, pastry is not a vocation but a passion that I want to share with all of you. I started in pastry when I was 16 years old, and from there, I started my career in this beautiful world of sweets and exquisite flavors. I worked in Uruguay, Spain, and now in England, learning the culinary culture in each place.
When I start cooking, I put my heart into every detail, taking care of the textures and respecting the line of the flavor of things, always giving it a personal touch.
